MAJOR PAST ACCOMPLISHMENTS

General Business Growth

The business was started in 1985 and operated from the owner's home for one year. The first year of operation was successful.  A part time secretary was employed during that year.  Gross sales at the end of the 1986 averaged over $5,000 per month.

The second year in business, we moved from the home to a 220 square foot office in the Exec Building in South Pasadena.  We purchased office furniture and office equipment decorated the office and employed a full-time secretary.

During the next three years we increased our customer base and added services. Most noteworthy is the increase of live-in companions that we provided.  This provided a stable income base allowing continued expansion of other services.

Transportation Requirement for Pinellas County's Elderly

Pinellas County's elderly, infirm, AIDS patients, Medicaid patients, cancer patients, other out patients, and the handicapped, have a strong demand for reasonably priced transportation and limited facilities are available.  Additionally, existing companies are decreasing their service areas because government funding has been stopped or interrupted.  This effectively leaves these non-driving people without transportation to the places where they desire to go regularly.  These are places such as:

·        Major shopping malls

·        Medical facilities (major hospitals, major medical clinics, etc.)

Recreational facilities (Bayfront Center, St. Petersburg Pier, Dali Museum, etc.)

BENEFIT TO OUR COMPANY

Gross sales will increase both in our basic business and in our new endeavor Rent a Hand Network which was launched April 2008. It is a Directory, and offers job placements in 50 categories of services.  We are very proud of the Opportunities for the Disabled. This is mainly for the "homebound" which will assist anyone who is homebound and wishes to have someone to talk to day or night. There is a small monthly charge for individuals to place their profiles.  There will be no charge for people who are looking for services or service seekers.  Everyone will have the opportunity to place their profiles for free for our grand opening ending September 30, 2008

With the Rent A Hand Network which is www.rentahand.com,which will  be seen nationally; and our local office which assists our seniors with care in their home plus our other services, we will see a definite increase in our profits.
