$15.00 (or more- optionable) is taken out of the employees pay monthly and placed into the fund
The fund would be similar to a 401K bearing interest.
When the need arises (child is at home), the employee will be able to withdaw what is needed to pay for the care of the child.
The employer has the option to contribute (up to 50% of the total sum) to the Child are Fund.
